- Local Ballot Measures: 10% to 20% of votes cast for Mayor.
- Referenda: 14% of the voters who voted in the last General Election.
- Recalls: 25% of voters who voted for the statewide officers to be recalled and 35% of the voters who voted for the local officers to be recalled.
- Deadlines: 6 Months
