Washington Offers: Statutes, Local Ballot Measures, Referenda and Recalls.

Signature Requirements: 

  • Statutes: 8% of the voters who voted in the last General Election.
  • Local Ballot Measures: 10% to 20% of votes cast for Mayor.
  • Referenda: 14% of the voters who voted in the last General Election.
  • Recalls: 25% of voters who voted for the statewide officers to be recalled and 35% of the voters who voted for the local officers to be recalled.
  • Deadlines: 6 Months
