- Deadlines: I&R 60 – 120 days.
- Recalls – 10% – 25% of the voters to voted for the office to be recalled in the last election with NO TIME LIMIT FOR SIGNATURE COLLECTION!
§ 24.2-233 provides Virginia citizens the right to Recall.
