Nevada Allows: Citizen Grand Juries, Amendments, Statutes, Statute Affirmations, Referenda, Recalls and Nominations.
- Signature Requirements for all Citizen Propositions; 10% of voters in the last election
- Recalls – 25% of those who voted in the election for the candidate subject to be recalled.
- Nominations – 250 signatures to get on the ballot
- Laws Regarding Local Ballot Measures – Nevadan Citizens can put local initiative and referenda on the ballot.
Article 19 Section 2 declares the citizens of Nevada have the right to citizens initiative.
