Representative Initiatives PAC

RIPAC is a cooperatively run think-tank and political action committee for grassroots ballot propositions.

Join Our Social/Political Evolution

“We hold these truths to be self-evident: that all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, that to secure these rights governments are instituted among men deriving their just authority from the consent of the governed.” – Declaration of Independence

Let us manifest our declaration of independence, with an initiative to accomplish what disenfranchised citizens currently deem impossible. We, the people of our nation now can be smarter and wiser than we have been in the past in regards to civic engagement. It’s time we actively engage our communities and form a protectorate form of governance, one that will serve as a legitimate 4th system of checks and balances to remind our government representatives who they are servants too.

By becoming leaders of our community ourselves, we form a system of governance that will master government reform processes and ensure a final civil-revolution system. We are not “liberal” or “conservative” we are just Americans working to create unity, to abolish corruption from our government together. Partisan issues can be debated and handled later on a local level. First, we must stop the looming tyranny that is a threat to us all.

“Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends [life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness] it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government…” Thomas Jefferson

United as strong supporters of the bill of rights to maximize the potential of the 10th amendment for full nullification of all unconstitutional federal laws, we can save our nation. Legitimate threats to freedom are impending but the liberty we still have to save our nation exists!

In these times of great social unrest, many have the audacity to call for revolution, but revolution is unnecessary to accomplish the goals of freedom, liberty and justice. A social/political evolution is what we really need.

“The pen is mightier than the sword.” – Edward Bulwer-Lytton

“The ballot is stronger than the bullet.” – Abraham Lincoln

Rather than wait for the same political establishment that created the problems, to be accountable to fix them, “We the People” now can be the ones to save our nation directly. Let’s preempt state and federal governments from violating our rights by creating our own protectorate ourselves.

“My fellow Americans, ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” –  John F. Kennedy

Save the Republic with Direct Democracy

RIPAC offers the civil approach. Using technology and dynamic organizational systems, we are creating the ultimate contingency against unbalanced government control, the permanent ballot access system. We are working to empower you, to engage you in direct change. Rather than rely on lobbying organizations or other non-direct action agendas, we strive to create the ultimate platform for direct civic engagement where people pro-actively address our concerns through the petitioning process in our communities, with more empowerment for the process than ever before.

“The initiative process is the citizens ace in the hole.” Ralph Nader

A permanent ballot-access system is one that allows the people to call for direct democracy easier than every before.  We will exceed prior limitations of the expensive and time-consuming signature collection process of citizen ballot access campaigns to empower the people and create a better future world. The technology we produce will enable streamlined petition campaign processes that will enable a dramatic shift in societal opportunities.

“I believe in the initiative and referendum, which should be used not to destroy representative government, but to correct it whenever it becomes misrepresentative.” Teddy Rosevelt

Using the technological tools we have at our fingertips, and especially new ones we will help create, we will supersede political party weaknesses. Rather than relying on presidents and governors, we seek to create direct issue-specific and non-partisan solutions empowered by the people, who embody the states, directly. We seek to end the corporate duopoly that strangles our nation’s freedom in elections and return authentic checks and balances to government. With issue-specific policy on the ballot, we surpass partisan divides and unite the people for common sense objective solutions. With smart consensus building software, people can debate, learn and find unity behind issue specific policy that will never be possible while relying on the divisive political parties.

“However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.” – George Washington

Educational Collaboration

We are working for the unity of our nation behind pragmatic, common sense objectives to first stop corruption in government. Through E-learning technology, we will create an organic online activism policy university. Our model will be decentralized and open to information pooled from individuals cooperatively. Massive archives of data related to policy will be organized by our members directly and transformed into free online educational systems.

“Educate and inform the whole mass of people… they are the only sure reliance for the preservation of our liberty.” – Thomas Jefferson

IMAGINE

  • Vote for anti-corruption candidates to replace the current politicians of every office.
  • Recall every non-satisfactory candidate from office.
  • Veto every non-satisfactory law made by your state legislature.
  • Nullify, every unconstitutional federal law.
  • Create new statutory law, as needed, to safeguard liberties and freedom from government power.
  • Create new constitutional amendments, as needed, to safeguard liberties and freedom from government power.
  • File suit against corrupt politicians, corporate leaders and judges.
  • Call for constitutional conventions, on issue specific agenda, with partnering states to supersede corrupt supreme court decisions.

RIPAC is the first citizens cooperative SUPERPAC project.

We are to become an extremely dynamic, organized, educational resource serving and empowering the public to end government corruption.

Our members present a plethora of perspectives regarding government reform. Populous initiatives, referenda and recall contingency plans, along with citizen grand jury and issue specific constitutional convention methods to dissolve overreaching government power, call all people to now activate our urges to save our future. Cross-networking support between diverse causes ensures maximum cooperation for mutual goals and the rise of true populism for citizen checks and balances of government.

The Technological Breakthrough

The RIPAC system is one of the future. Dynamic collaboration for direct democracy processes online will serve as a model for our civilization that can span the vastness of time onward into the future.

We are working to crowdfund a revolutionary software. Open-source and block-chain decentralized direct democracy software will empower local communities, states, nations and the world at large. Some predict it will even serve as the model for future societies in space and on other worlds.

We are currently in production of what we call Initiative Quorum (IQ). Metadata of the worlds top e-democracy platforms will collaborate with your local community, giving you access to global data of consensus and facts archived on the blockchain.

“The form of government on Mars would be a direct democracy, not representative. So it would be people voting directly on issues. And I think that’s probably better because the potential of corruption is substantially diminished in a direct versus a representative democracy.” – Elon Musk

The SIX Elements of Direct Democracy

What is a Ballot Proposition?

A ballot proposition is a method where votes are cast and counted tangibly in accordance with a specific issue and a winning vote creates new changes in government.

E.g. Initiative, Referendum, Recall, Nomination, Citizen Grand Jury and Limited Constitutional Convention.

The first amendment in the Bill of Rights includes,” to petition the government for a redress of grievances,” and was designed to benefit the public while serving as a check and balance in government. Without this first amendment right we are at the mercy of our elected and unelected officials; politicians and bureaucrats. The power to supersede our government through ballot propositions for authentic self-reliance is our right and we must use it to avoid inescapable bondage and tyranny should we witness unchecked unconstitutional government policy continue on its current path.

Initiative, referenda and other direct democracy tools, will further empower the people to strengthen and fix problems of our representative government.

“I believe in the Initiative and Referendum, which should be used not to destroy representative government, but to correct it whenever it becomes unrepresentative”. – President Teddy Roosevelt

Ballot Propositions Are The Solution.

All of the world’s great civilizations followed the same path.

1. Bondage to Liberty.
2. Liberty to Abundance
3. Abundance to Complacency
4. Complacency to Apathy
5. Apathy back to Bondage

The is where we end the cycle. We are not going back because too many people are aware and too many care. We are working towards the final revolution, the e-governance solution for social/political evolution of our civilization.

To be exceptions to history, we must break the cycle and evolve past our prior reliances on “leaders” and become the leaders ourselves.

“We are the ones we have been waiting for” – Unnamed Hopi Elder

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.” John Adams

RIPAC is an ambitious project to restore checks and balances to the Republic.

To petition the government for grievances with ballot propositions is our right. Societal neglect ensures a broken government and thus, the mission of RIPAC, is to reinvigorate societies sense of civic duty. Rather than just give away power to politicians every two years, we are here to empower people, to take back power every two years as well.

RIPAC re-ignites the spirit of the nonpartisan league, the Agrarian Revolt and the beginning of the progressive era, for modern libertarian/progressive or “radical centrist” ideals that upon inspection and debate, can and will from new populous opinions about policy.

Unlike today’s concept of progressivism the origination of the progressive era was about true intentional cooperation based debate. It was never a partisan and polarized political philosophy as it is today. The nonpartisan league created what was first and foremost a democratic resolution to end the corruption of the republican form of government at the time. Progressive Libertarianism applies the libertarian philosophy of non-aggression to achieving goals that all common people desire; to limit the power of the elite financial class and restore pride to America in becoming a true pinnacle of hope worldwide for real peace and prosperity.

A network for ballot propositions can turn the table of governance into the favor of the people, by the people, and for the people. Instead of a population subservient to the government, let the government work for us by creating voluntary governance through our own direct actions cooperatively achieved with others in our communities.

Unite with us so “We the People” decide what is best for our states with a grassroots up directive, not the political elite from the top down.

“The heaviest penalty for declining to rule is to be ruled by someone inferior to yourself.”
― Plato, The Republic
